I did not create this game, i only ported it and it's physical manual to a 3DS virtual console format. i was given permission by the author to share this here.
i might make the e-manual a bit more pretty later on and will update if the original game receives any noteworthy changes. remember to back up your save file if you update the game on your 3DS!

Install instructions
To use this file simply follow the steps below:
note: to be able to play custom software you need a hacked 3DS console
- download the .cia file
- back up your old save file to avoid a reset if you're updating the game
- insert your 3DS sd card into your computer
- move Piropa.cia to your sd card folder (the cia folder if you have one)
- insert sd card back into your 3DS
- launch FBI
- navigate to Piropa.cia (if its in your cia folder it would look like this: "sd>cia>piropa.cia"
- select "install game and delete .cia"
- enjoy the frogs!
